Jill Perez, LMT and licensed yoga instructor

I specialize myofacial release therapy using a John Barnes method. Sattva is Sanskrit word meaning clarity and connection. I’ve been a practitioner for seven years. Supporting healing in my clients and helping them connect with their body is my favorite part about my work. Using a complex approach of healing practices to facilitate holistic healing.
